Hi Caroline I am glad you are on the mend, back problems can be notoriously long to heal, you need to take it easy and dump some of the jobs you normally do, just prioritise really important stuff, sorry to be bossy but I feel you do a lot and I think you need to take some time to chill a bit, read some books, do some light work etc. I am glad the chiropracter is being bossy, you dont want it to get any worsex
