Weekly Goals #1

It’s a short week this week, as today (Mon) is a bank holiday, so

1.  Take down and put away all Christmas decs.

2.   Have 6 alcohol free days.

3.   Go out for 3 walks.

4.   Give the whole house a good clean – it badly needs it after the Christmas break.

5.   Menu plan from Tuesday onwards.

6.   Write down everything I eat from Tuesday onwards.

  1. Good luck! We’ve taken down the decs (but the boxes are still sitting in my living room), half cleaned, and I’ve been using my WW points tracker to write everything down, so we have similar goals. Don’t think I want to drink again for a good month!

  2. Sounds like great planning is going on at your house. I wish I was that organized, especially about food shopping. I tend to go to the store too often during the week now that I don’t work any more. I decide on what I”m going to cook and then go get the food. It’s not a good or thrifty way to shop.
    I hope you have a very happy and healthy New Year. I love your blog. I can’t wait to read what you’re up to next!
